Within this spreadsheet, populate fields with your employee information (name, email, language needs, etc.) Once complete, save and then email the spreadsheet to admin@gillespieassociates.com. We will then create a course folder for your company and assign your employees to the sexual harassment course.
Sexual Harassment Policy - Updated August 2022
Update this policy with your company information. Within the document, look for the yellow highlights which indicate sections you should update with your information. Once complete, distribute to your employees. Your policy needs to be distributed to your employees at the time of hire and annually with sexual harassment training.
The State recommends as a best practice to have employees sign off that they received the policy. Update this acknowledgement form with your company information. Once employees have signed and returned to forms to you, keep copies for your records.
